Requirements
- Associate Degree or above in Business related disciplines
- 2 years or above working experience in sales coordination support
- Background gained from trading or wholesale business is highly preferred
- Well-organized, pleasant personality, dynamic and good communication skills
- Computer literate in using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily smooth sales operation and orders processing
- Handle sales order & delivery coordination with customers and suppliers
- Assist in the preparation of quotation, sales invoice and delivery documents
- Provide support on sales database maintenance and ad hoc tasks as required
