Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience in IT technical support to end users
- Previous experience in helpdesk and server support, preferably in MNCs
- Familiar with MS Windows application and server administration
- Result-driven, initiative, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Fresh graduates in IT or Computer Studies are also considered
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Support internal end users on setup user accounts, installation and maintenance
- Responsible for IT infrastructure and troubleshooting technical problems
- Perform regular system check, data backup and maintain the stability of network
- Handle system regular check and maintain hardware & software inventory and records
