Requirements
- Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or Telecom Engineering
- 3 years or above engineering experience in commercial building operation
- Familiar with the operation and maintenance of telecommunication & SMATV system
- Knowledge of Building information modelling (BIM) would be a great advantage
- Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded, analytical with good communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Oversee the routine maintenance of telecommunication, SMATV and building services systems
- Handle tenant enquiries and complaints regarding the maintenance of telecom or SMATV systems
- Lead projects involving system upgrades and innovative technologies modification & implementation
- Manage the performance and contract renewals with vendors to ensure the high service standards
- Collaborate closely with vendors and onsite building teams for project status and improvement works
- Provide operational support on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Central Monitoring Centre
