Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Procurement or related disciplines
- 7-8 years sourcing experience in toys, preferably for USA/EEC market
- Solid experience in soft & hard toys and new product development
- Experience in trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred
- Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities
- Independent, energetic, team player with good communication skills
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plan to drive business growth
- Manage the sourcing cycle including product development and price negotiation
- Responsible for cost calculation & analysis and supplier selection & evaluation
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories to drive on time delivery and resolve problem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and testing issues
- Perform analysis on market trends & regulatory requirements and ad hoc duties
