A leading property company developing a diversified of luxury residential portfolio in the prime locations in Hong Kong
Requirements
- Degree/Associate Degree in Surveying, Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years project management experience for residential projects
- Solid experience in managing fit-out project and overall site activities
- Experience in in luxury residential premises would be a great advantage
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with strong interpersonal skills
- Result-driven, dynamics, team player and able to perform multi-tasks
- Well-versed in using MS Office application with AutoCAD knowledge
- Good command of both spoken & written, Mandarin will be an asset
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the overall fit-out projects to ensure smooth execution of works
- Handle the communication and coordination with external consultants and contractors
- Monitor works schedules of fitting-out and revocation projects and prepare progress report
- Support on solving technical & contractual issues and monitoring the budget of contract works
- Perform regular site visit for tracking works progress and monitoring the project schedules
- Ensure all works are in good building practice and compliance with requirements
