Requirements
- Degree / Associate Degree in Building Services or related disciplines
- 3-4 years relevant experience in in fitting-out project management
- Solid experience monitoring contract works and overall site activities
- Previous experience in residential projects would be a great advantage
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written, Mandarin will be an asset
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform the daily smooth operations and ensure project deliverables are met
- Handle the communication and coordination with consultants and contractors
- Assist in monitoring the works schedules of fitting-out and revocation projects
- Provide support on solving technical issues and preparing progress report
- Perform regular site visit for tracking works progress and project schedules
