Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting Studies
- 4-5 years relevant working experience in full set of accounts
- Experience in monitoring AR functions and monthly account closing
- Background from trading or manufacturing company is preferable
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented and sense of responsibilities
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and accounting system
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform the financial accounting operation and full set of accounts
- Handle account payable & receivable and follow up overdue payment
- Responsible for preparing AR aging report and outstanding statements
- Provide support on bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions
- Perform monthly account closing and prepare financial reports & statements
