Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines
- 5-6 years relevant experience in managing accounting operation
- Solid experience in full set of accounts and management reporting
- Experience in month-end closing and annual audit coordination
- Background gained from trading or manufacturing industries is required
- Independent, energetic, detail-minded, cheerful with supervisory skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in using MS Excel, preferably with knowledge of SAP
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Support on monitoring the financial operation including full set of accounts
- Manage the AP, AR functions and prepare monthly financial reports & statements
- Responsible for intercompany transactions and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management reports, cashflow forecast and accounting schedules
- Coordinate with overseas and China offices on month-end & year-end closing
- Participate in budget preparation, financial analysis and annual audit coordination
