Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Property or related disciplines
- 6 years or above property leasing experience for residential portfolio
- Solid experience in leasing management and documentation preparation
- Previous experience in property management would be an advantage
- Familiar with tenancy ordinance, leasing procedures and related regulations
- Self-motivated, energetic with good negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement the residential leasing strategies to meet company goals
- Handle all leasing coordination including tenant management and leasing enquiries
- Responsible for new lettings & renewal, tenancy negotiation and rental reviews
- Maintain strong business relationship with tenants, agents and property managers
- Provide support on leasing documentations, takeover and handover of premises
- Assist in property management and perform regular research on market trends
