Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in Accounting Studies
- 2 years or above experience in financial accounting duties
- Solid experience in AP, AR functions with trading background
- Experience in preparing payment to vendor is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, energetic, self-initiative and good team player
- Familiar with MS Office such as Excel and accounting software
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide support on daily accounting operation and bank reconciliation
- Responsible for handling daily bank transactions and AP, AR functions
- Handle payable functions such as issuing cheques and T/T arrangement
- Update accurate accounting system and assist in full set of accounts
