Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- 8 years or above quality assurance experience, with 3 years as supervisory role
- Solid experience in small electrical products with manufacturing background
- Experience in product testing, vendors evaluation and production process audit
- Previous experience in electronic products would also be considered
- Strong knowledge in international safety standard and ISO9001 and ISO14001
- Detail-minded, initiative, result-driven, analytical with good problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring the daily smooth operations of Quality Assurance Team
- Provide technical advice and support to internal and external parties to ensure products meet required quality standard and compliance to regulatory & safety standards
- Perform product design review and conduct quality & production process audit
- Liaise with laboratories to ensure the products are tested according to clients’ requirements
- Analyze test data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions
- Handle vendor management and performance evaluation to align with organizational goals
- Develop and implement improvements to enhance product quality and compliance
