Requirements
- Degree / Associate Degree holder
- 4-5 years shipping experience and full set of I/E documents
- Solid experience in sea freight arrangement and L/C processing
- Experience in multinational trading or manufacturing company
- Well-organized, cheerful, self-initiative and sense of responsibilities
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide support on shipment coordination with overseas clients and vendors
- Handle full set of I/E documents including L/C checking and C/O application
- Liaise with 3PL forwarders on shipment coordination and cost negotiation
- Prepare shipment schedules & monthly reports and maintain SAP system
- Responsible for tracking the shipment status to ensure timely delivery
