Requirements
- Master/Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with Qualified CPA
- 10-12 years finance and accounting experience with 5 years in managerial role
- Solid experience in managing financial operations for Asia Pacific Region
- Previous experience in annual budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Experience in trading or manufacturing company would be a great advantage
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Result-driven, energetic, independent, self-motivated and sound business acumen
- Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Willing to travel frequently within the APAC region
Responsibilities
- Monitor the smooth financial operations and accounting aspects across the APAC region
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Work closely with regional business leaders on annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting for business planning and decision-making
- Develop internal control environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the tax planning and compliance activities and provide financial council & analysis
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial process and improve efficiency
