Requirements
- University graduate in Accountancy
- 4-5 years working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Solid experience in financial reporting and intercompany transactions
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing with trading background
- Detail-minded, energetic, well-organized, initiative with proactive attitude
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, preferably with knowledge of SAP
- Good communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions and full set of accounts
- Assist in managing AP, AR and intercompany transactions & reconciliations
- Prepare monthly & quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Monitor the smooth financial accounting operations with overseas and PRC offices
- Handle month-end and year-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain accounting system and support on annual auditing and taxation matters
