A multinational property group develops and manages prestigious shopping centers and office towers in Hong Kong, China and Asia
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- 4-5 years solid working experience in real estate investment analysis
- Solid experience in financial modelling on potential investment market
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA would be a great advantage
- Background from investment banking or real estate equity are preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate market and opportunities
- Evaluate financial data & market trends and property values to assess investment risks
- Responsible for preparing financial models, detailed investment reports and forecasts
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Conduct due diligence for potential investment and perform various analyses
- Stay updated with economic factors, capital markets and investment regulations
