Requirements
- University graduate in Fashion Design or equivalent
- 8-10 years fashion design experience with 2 years as managerial role
- Solid experience in sweater design and development for USA/EEC market
- Previous experience in manufacturing company would be a great advantage
- Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded with excellent communication skills
- Result-driven, passionate, independent and strong sense or fashion trends
- Good communication of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in using APEX (3D), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the design team in developing design strategies that align with business goals
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design
- Monitor the tech-pack preparation and initiate design ideas to achieve cost and quality
- Develop new collection and design with sales & merchandising team and technicians
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Manage the seasonal development and direction & inspiration for customer collection
- Ensure the design and development process aligns with the quality and timeline
