Develop and Implement the residential leasing strategies to meet company goals

Handle all leasing coordination including tenant management and leasing enquiries

Responsible for new lettings & renewal, tenancy negotiation and rental reviews

Maintain strong business relationship with tenants, agents and property managers

Provide support on leasing documentations, takeover and handover of premises

Assist in property management and perform regular research on market trends

Degree / Higher Diploma in Property or related disciplines

6 years or above property leasing experience for residential portfolio

Solid experience in leasing management and documentation preparation

Previous experience in property management would be an advantage

Familiar with tenancy ordinance, leasing procedures and related regulations

Self-motivated, energetic with good negotiation and communication skills

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
