Assist in managing the overall fit-out projects to ensure smooth execution of works

Handle the communication and coordination with external consultants and contractors

Monitor works schedules of fitting-out and revocation projects and prepare progress report

Support on solving technical & contractual issues and monitoring the budget of contract works

Perform regular site visit for tracking works progress and monitoring the project schedules

Ensure all works are in good building practice and compliance with requirements

Degree/Associate Degree in Surveying, Building Services or equivalent

Minimum 6 years project management experience for residential projects

Solid experience in managing fit-out project and overall site activities

Experience in in luxury residential premises would be a great advantage

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with strong interpersonal skills

Result-driven, dynamics, team player and able to perform multi-tasks

Well-versed in using MS Office application with AutoCAD knowledge

Good command of both spoken & written, Mandarin will be an asset
