Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive (Fitting-out)

Client

A leading interior fit-out company serving clients in residential, hospitality and retail industries

Job Description

-   

Assist in developing and implementing project plans including timelines and budgets

-   

Support on monitoring site progress to ensure the project schedule and works quality

-   

Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress

-   

Manage all aspects of fitting-out process with consultants, contractors and internal parties

-   

Handle the necessary documentation to project execution and attend the site meeting

-   

Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or equivalent

-   

5-8 years working experience in interior contracting and fitting-out projects

-   

Solid project management experience, preferably in residential or hotel projects

-   

Strong technical background and site experience with good problem solving skills

-   

Conversant with fitting out process including design, procurement and installation

-   

Independent, energetic, self-initiative with strong project management skills

-   

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and design software of AutoCAD, MS Project

-   

Good command of spoken and written English and fair in spoken Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
