Manage the daily smooth store operations to maximize sales performance

Review the quality of wine and food to meet the food safety standards

Work closely with suppliers on wine & spirit purchasing and price negotiation

Handle customers’ enquiries and understand their needs to build strong relationship

Monitor the stock inventory, restocking, in-store and marketing promotion display

Provide staff training and coaching to motivate and maintain productive workforce

Diploma holder or above

8 years or above retail experience, with 3-4 years as store management role

Solid experience in purchasing wine & spirits and managing the store operations

Knowledge of food safety and management with strong problem solving skills

Self-motivated, independent, energetic and able to perform multi-tasks

Detail-minded with excellent communication and customer service skills

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

Immediate available would be an advantage
