Customer Care Officer – Call Centre

Client

An international hospitality group providing loyalty solutions and concierge services for premium members

Job Description

-   

Maintain high service quality of hotlines through inbound calls and emails

-   

Provide solutions for customers’ inquiries and requests in a courteous manner

-   

Resolve customers’ complaints with internal departments and external parties

-   

Maintain good customer relationship to delight and gain customer loyalty

-   

Support on updating customers’ information in the system and ad hoc duties

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines

-   

2 years or above relevant experience in hotline or service center

-   

Solid experience in handling incoming calls, email and online platforms

-   

Experience in hotels, airlines or shopping centers is highly preferred

-   

Self-motived, energetic, detail-minded with good communication skills

-   

Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
