| - | 2 years or above relevant experience in hotline or service center

| - | Solid experience in handling incoming calls, email and online platforms

| - | Experience in hotels, airlines or shopping centers is highly preferred

| - | Self-motived, energetic, detail-minded with good communication skills

| - | Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

| - | Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing

| - | Immediate available would be an advantage
