Perform the financial accounting operation and full set of accounts

Handle account payable & receivable and follow up overdue payment

Responsible for preparing AR aging report and outstanding statements

Provide support on bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions

Perform monthly account closing and prepare financial reports & statements

University graduate in Accounting Studies

4-5 years relevant working experience in full set of accounts

Experience in monitoring AR functions and monthly account closing

Background from trading or manufacturing company is preferable

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented and sense of responsibilities

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and accounting system

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

Immediate available is highly preferred
