Lead the design team in developing design strategies that align with business goals

Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design

Monitor the tech-pack preparation and initiate design ideas to achieve cost and quality

Develop new collection and design with sales & merchandising team and technicians

Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Manage the seasonal development and direction & inspiration for customer collection

Ensure the design and development process aligns with the quality and timeline

University graduate in Fashion Design or equivalent

8-10 years fashion design experience with 2 years as managerial role

Solid experience in sweater design and development for USA/EEC market

Previous experience in manufacturing company would be a great advantage

Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded with excellent communication skills

Result-driven, passionate, independent and strong sense or fashion trends

Good communication of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus

Proficient in using APEX (3D), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
