Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate market and opportunities

Evaluate financial data & market trends and property values to assess investment risks

Responsible for preparing financial models, detailed investment reports and forecasts

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution

Conduct due diligence for potential investment and perform various analyses

Stay updated with economic factors, capital markets and investment regulations

Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or equivalent

4-5 years solid working experience in real estate investment analysis

Solid experience in financial modelling on potential investment market

Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA would be a great advantage

Background from investment banking or real estate equity are preferred

Self-motivated, energetic with strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
