Sales Operation Coordinator

Client

An international trading and distribution company manages a portfolio of fashion, fine leather goods, home furnishings & decoration and lifestyle products

Job Description

-   

Provide support on the daily smooth operation and coordination duties

-   

Communicate with customers and vendors on sales orders processing

-   

Prepare sales related documents including PO, invoice and monthly reports

-   

Coordinate delivery schedules and update order information in the system

-   

Assist in sales meetings arrangement and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

-   

University graduates in any disciplines

-   

2 years relevant working experience, preferably in trading company

-   

Experience in sales operation support and preparing sales documents

-   

Well-organized, cheerful, flexible with good communication skills

-   

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

-   

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Immediate available is a great advantage
