Assistant Administration Officer

Client

An international trading company of medical products and health supplement for Asian market

Job Description

-   

Responsible for general office administration and operation support

-   

Support on office supplies control and repair & maintenance arrangement

-   

Update attendance & leave record and assist in license and contract renewal

-   

Assist in managing travel logistics, hotel reservation and expenses claims

-   

Participate in organizing staff activities and ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma / Diploma in any disciplines

-   

2-3 years relevant experience as office admin or receptionist

-   

Previous experience in license renewal is highly preferred

-   

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with pleasant personality

-   

Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

-   

Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
