Human Resources Manager (Regional)

Client

An international group engaging in the development of home decoration, lifestyle and entertainment products for worldwide market

Job Description

-   

Develop and carry out HR strategies and policies for HK and Asian branches (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand)

-   

Monitor all-rounded HR related matters including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance evaluation, payroll processing, training & development, etc

-   

Consolidate HR data and prepare regular HR analytical reports for continuous improvements

-   

Ensure all HR operations adhere to local legal, labor law and Corporate standard

-   

Review and implement the procedures of all-rounded HR functions and travel to Asia occasionally

-   

Provide support on organization development and optimizing HRIS for reporting and operational tasks

Requirements

-   

University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent

-   

Minimum 8 years human resources experience with regional exposure

-   

Solid experience in HR advisory role for recruitment and compensation & benefits

-   

Experience in monitoring the HR operation with trading or manufacturing background

-   

Self-motivated, dynamics, detail-minded, analytical and sense of responsibilities

-   

Independent, result-oriented, energetic with excellent interpersonal skills

-   

Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
