Perform market research for commercial property acquisitions projects in North Asia

Formulate investment strategies, structure deals and manage deal process, capital recycling and financial modelling for acquisition

Responsible for investment analysis, feasibility study, deal structure, due diligence and fund setup

Prepare annual budget forecast, re-financing, capital injection and funding needs on each project

Design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract both institutional and individual investors to the firm’s investment funds

Analyze real estate market data; prepare investment recommendations & presentation materials

Perform portfolio management for key business owners ensuring alignment and consistency with the key stakeholders involved

Ensure all fundraising and investor activities are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation

Master/Bachelor Degree in Finance, Investment, Real Estate Management or equivalent

8 years or above investment management experience for Asian and China markets

Proven ability to develop commercial property projects, preferably in multinational companies

Familiar with investment cycle from financial modeling, capital recycling and fund raising

Task-oriented, energetic with strong prioritization capabilities with analytical skills

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent business acumen

Familiar in investment funds regulatory environments and compliance standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
