Coordinate with suppliers and merchandising team on purchasing and sourcing

Follow up quotation and purchase orders and monitor suppliers’ performance & quality

Provide support on costing, price & terms negotiation and delivery arrangement

Maintain efficient database and assist in material control & preparing monthly reports

Perform market price & trends research and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Diploma graduate or above

4 years or above relevant experience in sourcing or purchasing

Solid experience in toys industry and vendors management

Experience in costing and material control would be an advantage

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Well-versed in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
