Perform all aspects of leasing related matters for prime offices and retail premises

Handle lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews with potential and existing tenants

Responsible for preparing leasing documents, sales turnover analysis and leasing reports

Communicate with internal and external parties for fitting-out and renovation works

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for pricing and future positioning

Work closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth lease execution

University graduate in Business or Property related disciplines

3-4 years experience in property leasing of retail and commercial buildings

Solid experience in leasing negotiation, tenant management and rent reviews

Previous experience in property development corporations is required

Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills with positive attitude

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded, flexible and good team player

Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Less experience will be considered as Property Leasing Officer
