Human Resources & Administration Manager

Client

A Japanese trading and manufacturing company of high technology products including wireless devices, blue tooth and access control products

Job Description

-   

Manage the comprehensive range of human resources and administration functions

-   

Monitor all-rounded HR activities which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, manpower planning, performance management and employee relations

-   

Handle the whole recruitment cycle with line managers and headcount management & budgeting

-   

Responsible for overall C&B functions, payroll calculation, MPF contribution and taxation matters

-   

Manage the operation of general administration covering office facilities management, purchasing, vendor management, safety & security system, tenancy agreement, license & contract renewal etc

-   

Develop and execute HR policies & operation efficiency to meet business needs and company goals

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in HR Management, Business Studies or equivalent

-   

8-10 years experience in all-rounded HR & administration management

-   

Solid experience in managing recruitment, C&B functions and budgeting

-   

Background gained from Japanese company would be a great advantage

-   

Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or related regulations

-   

People-oriented, energetic, detail-minded with strong organization skills

-   

Task-oriented, dynamics, self-motivated and able to perform multi-teaks

-   

Good command of spoken & written English, prefer with Japanese Language

-   

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
