Human Resources Manager – HK & Asia

Client

A leading group of companies managing diversified portfolio of trading business with production base in China, Vietnam and Thailand

Job Description

-   

Develop and carry out HR strategies and policies for Hong Kong and Asian branches

-   

Monitor all-rounded HR related matters including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance evaluation, payroll processing, training & development, etc

-   

Consolidate HR data and prepare regular HR analytical reports for continuous improvements

-   

Ensure all HR operations adhere to local legal, labor law and Corporate standard

-   

Review and implement the procedures of all-rounded HR functions and travel to Asia occasionally

-   

Provide support on organization development and optimizing HRIS for reporting and operational tasks

Requirements

-   

University graduate in HRM, Business or related disciplines

-   

8-10 years human resources experience for HK and Asia branches

-   

Solid experience in managing recruitment process and compensation & benefits

-   

Previous experience in sizable trading or manufacturing companies is required

-   

Experience in HR analysis and data consolidation would be a great advantage

-   

Well-organized, energetic, people-oriented with strong communication skills

-   

Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system

-   

Good communication of spoken and written English & Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
