Perform the financial accounting operation and full set of accounts

Handle the account receivable management and follow up overdue payment

Responsible for preparing AR aging report and monthly outstanding statements

Provide support on monthly bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions

Perform monthly account closing and prepare financial reports & statements

Assist in annual audit preparation and maintain efficient accounting system

Degree holder in Accountancy

4-6 years working experience in financial accounting support

Solid experience in full set of accounts and monitoring AR functions

Experience in monthly account closing, preferably in trading companies

Well-organized, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and accounting system
