Work closely with Design Manager to set out the design strategy for each season

Perform design duties from concept creation, fitting session to pre-production sample

Support on tech-pack preparation and initiate design ideas to achieve cost & quality

Responsible for fashion trend research, trims sourcing, coloring and theme boards

Develop new collection and design with sales & merchandising team and technicians

Ensure the design and development process aligns with the quality and timeline

Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design or equivalent

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in fashion design

Previous experience in sweater knit, preferably for ladieswear fashion

Experience in handling USA or EEC market would be a great advantage

Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded with good communication skills

Creative, team player, result-driven and strong sense of fashion trends

Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

Familiar with design software of APEX (3D), CLO, Indesign and Canva
