Human Resources Manager, BP (Regional & HK)

Client

An international group engaging in the development of home decoration, lifestyle and entertainment products for worldwide market

Job Description

-   

Develop and implement HR policies and solutions for HK, China and Thailand offices

-   

Provide HR advisory support in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and training across multiple locations

-   

Utilize HR analytics and insights to drive continuous HR improvement and data consolidation

-   

Responsible for organization development and corporate HR strategies execution

-   

Assist in talent development & management projects and travel to China and Asia occasionally

-   

Review the procedures of all-rounded HR functions in accordance with business needs

Requirements

-   

University graduate in HR Management or equivalent

-   

Minimum 8 years human resources experience in business partner role

-   

Solid experience in monitoring recruitment, C&B and performance management

-   

Competency in HR data analysis and consolidation with regional exposure

-   

Experience in trading or manufacturing company would be a great advantage

-   

Good business acumen in aligning HR strategies with business priorities

-   

Self-motivated, analytical with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

-   

Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment

-   

Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
