- | Minimum 8 years human resources experience in business partner role

- | Solid experience in monitoring recruitment, C&B and performance management

- | Competency in HR data analysis and consolidation with regional exposure

- | Experience in trading or manufacturing company would be a great advantage

- | Good business acumen in aligning HR strategies with business priorities

- | Self-motivated, analytical with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

- | Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- | Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua
