Provide support on business operation and marketing coordination

Liaise with Japan HQ and regional offices on marketing activities arrangement

Responsible for preparing agreements, marketing and promotion materials

Perform translation duties from Japanese to English/Chinese or vice versa

Assist in the execution of marketing functions and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Degree / Associate Degree holder with JLPT Level (N1 or N2)

2-3 years relevant working experience in Japanese translation

Experience in Japanese company with marketing support is preferable

Self-initiative, dynamics, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities

Ambitious, energetic, well-organized and good communication skills

Good command of spoken & written English & Japanese, Mandarin is a plus

Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Japanese & Chinese WP

Fresh graduates in Japanese Studies will also be considered
