- | Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent

- | 7-8 years relevant experience in managing recruitment and C&B functions
|
- | Solid experience in HR reporting and analysis with regional exposure
|
- | Previous experience in organizational development would be an advantage
|
- | Background from trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred
|
- | Detail-oriented, initiative, energetic with good analytical and interpersonal skills
|
- | Good communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
|
- | Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS system

- | Immediate available is a definite advantage
