Assistant HR Manager (HK & Regional)

An international group engaging in the development of home decoration, lifestyle and entertainment products for worldwide market

Job Description

-   

Assist in managing and delivering HR related functions for HK and Thailand operations

-   

Execute the HR strategies and operational procedures are in line with corporate level including recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations

-   

Consolidate HR data and prepare regular HR analytical reports for continuous improvements

-   

Participate in monitoring full spectrum of HR functions and programs for local HR teams

-   

Support on handling organizational development & talent development project and developing HR policies

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent

-   

7-8 years relevant experience in managing recruitment and C&B functions

-   

Solid experience in HR reporting and analysis with regional exposure

-   

Previous experience in organizational development would be an advantage

-   

Background from trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred

-   

Detail-oriented, initiative, energetic with good analytical and interpersonal skills

-   

Good communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS system

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
