Provide sales administration support to Operation and Policy Management Team

Follow up the application procedures according to the regulatory requirements

Responsible for the preparation of renewal offer and reminders to existing clients

Maintain effective communication with service providers, clients and internal parties

Provide support on documents verification, new account setup and ad doc tasks

Higher Diploma holder, preferably with IIQE license 

2-3 years experience in operation or customer service support

Background from insurance or finance industry is highly preferred

Previous experience in insurance sales would also be considered

Detail-minded, energetic, team player with good interpersonal skills

Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

Immediate available is a definite advantage
