Coordinate with overseas customers and factories on shipment arrangement

Responsible for handling full set of I/E shipping documents and L/C processing

Handle tradelink declaration and prepare packing list & delivery documents

Work closely with forwarders on shipment booking and price negotiation

Arrange shipment schedules and update the shipment record in the system

Assist in monitoring the shipment status to meet customers’ requirements

Diploma holder or above, preferably in shipping related disciplines

5-8 years relevant experience in handling full set of I/E shipping documents

Solid experience in garment industry, preferably for USA or EEC market

Experience in L/C processing with trading or manufacturing background

Previous experience in sizable companies would be a great advantage

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Familiar with MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Table) and Outlook

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
