Assist in managing the daily smooth operations of merchandising flow

Communicate with overseas customers and factories on order specifications

Perform product development process to align with quality, cost and timelines

Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, price negotiation and delivery scheduling

Identify customers’ requirements and interpret effectively with internal parties

Maintain and establish close customer relationship to drive business growth

Participate in handling ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Higher Diploma / Diploma in Textile Merchandising or equivalent

7 years or above sweater merchandising experience with 3 years as supervisory role

Background gained from trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred

Familiar with the whole merchandising cycle, preferably for USA/EEC market

Independent, self-initiative, energetic with good communication skills

Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
