Customer Service Executive (Hotline)

Client

A multinational group providing loyalty solutions and concierge services for premium members with over 20 global operations

Job Description

-   

Resolve day-to-day enquiries through phone calls, emails and online chats

-   

Responsible for providing professional services to maximize customer satisfaction

-   

Provide support on cross-level coordination on resolving complaints and requests

-   

Ensure the hotline services are handled effectively in line with company policies

-   

Maintain & update customers’ database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma holder or above

-   

2 years or above customer service experience in hotline services

-   

Solid experience in service support via phone calls, emails and online chats

-   

Background gained from hotels or aviation industry is highly preferred

-   

Customer-oriented, energetic, flexible with good interpersonal skills

-   

Proficient in communication of spoken & written English and Mandarin

-   

Good computer knowledge in using MS Office application

-   

Immediate available is a great advantage
