- | Higher Diploma holder or above

- | 2 years or above customer service experience in hotline services

- | Solid experience in service support via phone calls, emails and online chats

- | Background gained from hotels or aviation industry is highly preferred

- | Customer-oriented, energetic, flexible with good interpersonal skills

- | Proficient in communication of spoken & written English and Mandarin

- | Good computer knowledge in using MS Office application
