Follow up orders from sample development to bulk production

Work closely with overseas buyers and suppliers on orders management

Responsible for price negotiation, lab testing and tracking order schedules

Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, delivery scheduling and quality issues

Maintain SAP system and assist in preparing buying trips & ad hoc tasks

Degree / Higher Diploma holder

3 years or above experience in merchandising coordination

Solid experience in sundries products for European market

Prior exposure in bathroom products would be an advantage

Previous experience in sourcing or buying office is required

Meticulous, energetic, team player and sense of responsibilities

Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin

Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
