Assist in managing the front desk operation in a professional manner

Provide excellent and consistent level services to guests and members

Responsible for premium services reservation and transportation booking

Serve and interact guests in a gracious manner to build customer loyalty

Achieve performance standard in delivering consistent and quality service

Associate Degree holder or above

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in hotels

Experience in airlines, clubhouse or private lounge will also be considered

Detail-minded, dynamic, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Ambitious, self-initiative, responsible, flexible and good team player

Conversant with computer skills in using MS Office application

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
