Provide support on the smooth logistics operation and master logistics data

Assist in managing the logistics invoices with internal parties and external vendors

Provide insights on container load planning, costing and volume utilization

Handle intercompany & insurance claims and update the shipment data in the system

Participate in logistics data analysis for budget setting and business planning

Degree holder in Supply Chain or Logistics related disciplines

3-4 years relevant experience in handling logistics invoice and claims

Previous experience in trading or buying office, preferably in MNCs

Experience in logistics data analysis would be an advantage

Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and advanced level of Excel

Good communication of both spoken and written English
