Senior Officer / Officer – Guest Relations

Client

A prestigious private clubhouse providing elegant design and modern facilities located in prime location in Hong Kong

Job Description

-   

Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality services on front desk operation

-   

Ensure all interactions and enquiries are handled in a professional & tactful manner

-   

Maximize customer service quality by maintaining good relationship with guests

-   

Follow up appropriately on complaints and requests with internal departments

-   

Assist in transportation arrangement, conference rooms booking and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

-   

Degree / Higher Diploma graduate

-   

2-4 years relevant working experience in customer service support

-   

Solid experience in front desk operation, preferably in hotels

-   

Experience in airlines or other servicing industries will also be considered

-   

Self-initiative, cheerful, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

-   

Customer-focused, dynamics, flexible and sense of responsibilities

-   

Good communication of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is a great advantage
