- | Degree / Higher Diploma graduate

- | 2-4 years relevant working experience in customer service support

- | Solid experience in front desk operation, preferably in hotels

- | Experience in airlines or other servicing industries will also be considered

- | Self-initiative, cheerful, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

- | Customer-focused, dynamics, flexible and sense of responsibilities
|
- | Good communication of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
|
- | Immediate available is a great advantage
