Provide support on business operation and marketing coordination

Liaise with Japan HQ and regional offices on marketing activities arrangement

Responsible for preparing agreements, marketing and promotion materials

Support on translation duties from Japanese to English/Chinese or vice versa

Assist in the execution of marketing functions and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Higher Diploma or above with JLPT Level (N1/N2)

1-2 years working experience in marketing or operation support

Previous experience in translation, preferably in Japanese company

Detail-minded, energetic, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Japanese & Chinese WP

Good communication of English & Japanese, Mandarin will be an asset

Fresh graduates in Japanese Studies will also be considered
