- | Higher Diploma graduate or above

- | 2-3 years customer service experience in hotline or service center
|
- | Solid experience in handling incoming calls, email and online platforms
|
- | Experience in hotels, airlines or shopping centers is highly preferred
|
- | Service-oriented, energetic, flexible with good communication skills
|
- | Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
|
- | Conversant with computer skills in using Microsoft Office
|
- | Immediate available is a definite advantage
