Monitor the smooth IT operations with internal departments and external parties

Responsible for managing the performance of infrastructure, network and systems

Handle the Cloud service implementation & troubleshooting and server administration

Conduct security risk management and ensure IT operations are compliance with audit

Manage hardware & software upgrade and implement digital transformation projects

Work closely with vendors and other IT professionals and manage resources allocation

Responsible for budget planning to ensure the cost effectiveness of IT development

University graduate in IT, Computing or related disciplines

Minimum 7 years relevant experience with 3-4 years in supervisory level

Solid experience in monitoring system & network and server infrastructure

Well-versed in Windows Server, O365, SQL, Active Directory and Cloud service

Previous experience in sizable companies, preferably in multinational firm

Detail-oriented, analytical with good problem solving and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, energetic, result-driven and able to perform multi-tasks

Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
