- | Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines

- | 3-4 years working experience in full spectrum of secretarial support

- | Previous experience in sizable or multinational companies is required
|
- | Prior exposure in serving expatriates would be a great advantage

- | Self-motivated, prioritize, well-organized with good interpersonal skills

- | Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- | Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
