Secretary to Executive Director

Client

A multinational property group develops and manages prestigious shopping centres and office towers in Hong Kong, China and Asia.

Job Description

-   

Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director

-   

Handle travel arrangement, hotel accommodation, visa application and expenses claims

-   

Prepare meeting material & minutes, PowerPoint presentation and monthly reports

-   

Responsible for conference and meetings coordination with overseas and HK offices

-   

Maintain confidential documents and assist in billing and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-   

University graduate in Business Studies or equivalent

-   

3-4 years working experience in all-rounded secretarial support

-   

Experience in serving expatriates would be a great advantage

-   

Background gained from sizable or multinational corporations

-   

Self-motivated, prioritize, detail-oriented with proactive attitude

-   

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Well-versed in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
