Handle orders coordination with overseas customers and factory

Assist in sales orders follow up from development to production

Follow up purchase order and order schedules for delivery arrangement

Support on sample development, sourcing and production coordination

Maintain efficient database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Associate Degree holder or above

2-3 years merchandising experience in sundries products

Previous experience in gift & premium for EU market is preferred

Background from trading or buying office will be an advantage

Well-organized, energetic, dynamics and sense of responsibilities

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc

Immediate available is highly preferred
